Responsibilities:
* The job holder is responsible to develops Branch Business plans for the HSBC Amanah Syariah segment and ensures the sales, services and operational targets are achieved through the management of an open and friendly Service & Sales environment of the branch so as to contribute to the success of the Bank’s PFS strategies/profitability, relating to the HSBC Amanah syariah segment and to manage the International Business Centre for IMO
Requirements:
* Hold a minimum Bachelor or Master degree from a reputable university
* Has minimum 5 years experience in sales or services area in Financial/Banking institution
* Possess general banking knowledge
* Has passion for sales, excellent interpersonal skills & service orientation
* Proficiency in English and Computer Literate (MS Office) are required
* Must have commercial acumen and personal credibility
* Has pleasant personality and able to work with team
* Has a strong drive to succeed
* Demonstrate high degree of integrity
