Responsibilities:
1. Preparattion of Test Plan and SIT/UAT qualification for projects and evaluation of new

3. Creation of test approach, test data, defect tracking/reporting procedures
4. Lead defect management with business users and testers during UAT.
5. Establish a close working rapport with project and business team to understand issues
and risks underlying the project.

Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced Diploma/ Post Graduate Diploma
or Degree in Engineering (Computer/IT/Electrical/Electronics), or
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology,
Finance/ Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
2. Required skill(s): Experiene in Software Testing, knowledge of core banking systems
running on legacy platform like Silverlake/Alltel.
3. Preferred skill(s): Business Analyst experience in retail banking industry
4. At least 4-6 year(s) of working experience in business analysis/software testing/quality
assurance in banking industry is required
5. Experience in legacy core banking systems such as Silverlake/Alltel is one of the critical
