Utility Engineer
Jakarta Raya - BEKASI AREA

Responsibilities:

1. Supervises the total operations of the steam generation plant, refrigeration plant, CO2 recovery plant, compressed air system, water treatment plant, waste water treatment plant, according to establish standard operating procedures to meet the volumes and quality requirement or the end users.
2. Establishes the best production schedules to achieve plant optimum operations efficiency.
3. Projects a CO2 weekly movement based on Brew-house and Packaging productions and recommends to Technical Manager immediate action to ensure sufficient supply of CO2 to all end-users.
4. To forecast CO2 delivery to third party to ensure safe stock for production
5. In co-ordination with Electrical/Instrument Section, oversees the operation of the generator-set during PLN power failure to lessees production downtimes.
6. Assist Technical Manager in forecasting the annual procurement and timing of major materials and supplies such as liquid NH3, Glycol, Boiler/Genset fuel, activated carbon, alumina, boiler water treatment chemicals, cooling towers and condensers water chemicals, waste water chemical treatment through submission of actual consumption in order to ensure sufficient supply and as basis for budget allocation.
7. Recommends to Technical Manager any improvement on existing equipment operating procedures to achieve product quality and operation requirements based on evaluation/analysis of actual performance against expected.
8. Prepare daily utilities consumption of all operating areas and compares actual against brewery standards and studies causes of non-conformity.
9. Supervises the implementation of an effective maintenance program for all equipment including genset, comprising the power and services group, analyses and evaluates the equipment breakdown causes and recommends corrective actions to minimize downtime and stoppage.
10. To manage and monitoring housekeeping in their each area periodically.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• Must have knowledge of GMP and HACCP.
• Willing to work in shift.
• Have EPCM Certificate.
• Have knowledge about WTP and WWTP.
• Have experience in handling air compress, CO2 Compressor, engine coolant and boiler.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in BEKASI AREA.
• Full-Time position(s) available.

Responsibilities:

Manage project capital expenditure / modification and maintenance building at Surabaya Site to Ensure Capital Expenditure Budget Spent According to Approved Budget and By Providing Planning, Ensure Project Management According to HSE Guideline, On Time and Meet Quality Required.

 

Major Responsibilities :

• Collect project proposal and prepare project planning and monthly update to ensure project tracked to meet targeted schedule and budget.
• Prepare conceptual design for new process or new machine also modification of existing process/ installation.
• Prepare process description, interlock matrix and process sequence for related project.
• Create detail engineering drawing.
• Estimate material usage and material cost.
• Manage contractor/ vendor by selecting, supervise during project and evaluate after project completion fulfill legal/ QHSE requirement and certification of ISO 9001/14001/18001.
• Collect project documentation to ensure traceability of project document and design.
• Supervise project implementation and make sure SHE procedure implemented during project carried out.
• Conduct start up process, trial & commissioning for project related.
• Conduct project administration and related document is updated.
• Manage project life cycle on safety management of project ( safety certification project, mainly A3/A4 and MOC ( management of change ) for technical changes.
• Manage safety review documentation, follow up and tracking.

Requirements:

• University degree in chemical/ mechanical/ electrical with minimum 3 years experience on managing project or process engineer.
• Fluent in English oral and written.
• Understanding on process and plant safety
• Knowledge on project management
• Strong Leadership Skill
