Solusi Rumah Professional & Service Operation Manager
Jakarta Raya - Head Office
Responsibilities:
Plan and control overall transformation and operation support of Solusi Rumah outlets , starting  from brand, physical building, system, CPM technology and  hardware transformation until behaviors and service mindset training necessary to fully demonstrate Solusi Rumah values in the market. 
Responsible also to manage overall professional services and support within Solusi Rumah franchise period, including CPM  technology (production and machineries), System expertise (IMS, A2F), Service expertise (sales and service skills), and construction expertise (design and delivery).
  • Plan, direct and control overall transformation phase, until behaviors and service mindset transformation in accordance with Service level agreement.
  • Responsible to plan and control overall professional services and support on its operational phase (after SR CPM transformation phase).
  • Responsible to implement a fair and balanced deployment mechanism to deploy and plan resources into projects based on their waiting line and criticality.
  • Maintain positive communication with client and other related parties which are responsible to supply materials.
  • Administration management & reporting to provide proper House construction log book implemented in all consumers.
  • Ensure well-planned transformation and training process delivery regarding to standard quality level within area of People Development and System Improvement

Requirements:
Education :
  • Minimum Bachelor degree any major, preferably from Civil Engineering or Architecture background
Experience :
  • A working knowledge with a minimum of 7 years’ experience in construction and/or in production machinery and/ or in construction design and/ or in technology area.
  • Has a general insight in construction business and service development.
  • Resource planning
Computer literacy :
  • Proficient with Ms.Office (Excel & Word, PowerPoint) & Internet
Language :
  • Excellence communication skills in Bahasa and English(spoken & written)
Other qualification / skill :
  • Customer Focus: Making customers and their needs a primary focus of one’s actions; developing and sustaining productive customer relationship by continuous follow ups
  • Excellent communication skill
  • Building Strategic Working Relationship: Developing and using collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals
